Takashi Kurachi – Associate Director

Born in Tachikawa, Tokyo in 1977. After graduating from university, he spent nearly 13 years as a business professional, gaining broad experience as a systems engineer, in human resources and recruitment training, e-commerce operations, and as a corporate trainer.
In 2012, through a personal experience of answered prayer, he came to know God and became a Christian. Two years later, in 2014, he joined Grace City Church Tokyo as a staff member, engaging in urban mission under the vision of “filling the city with the gospel.”
While carrying this passion for urban ministry, he studied theology for five years at Seikei Theological Seminary beginning in 2017. From 2021, he served for three years with Tokyo Marunouchi Partnership, focusing on outreach to business professionals working in the heart of Tokyo. Drawing on both his business background and urban mission experience, he launched a church plant in Nakano, Tokyo in 2024 and is now leading the establishment of Faith Valley Church Tokyo.

Graduate of Aoyama Gakuin University (Faculty of Law). Graduate of Seikei Theological Seminary. Currently serving as church planter of Faith Valley Church Tokyo.

Ryoji Adachi – Associate Director

In 2014, while studying abroad, he had the opportunity to study the Bible and became a Christian. The following year, he began his career as a management consultant, supporting a wide range of public- and private-sector clients on themes such as geopolitical risk, ESG, and mid- to long-term strategic risks.
As he walked his professional journey, he developed a strong desire to communicate the Bible and Christianity in a way that businesspeople and working professionals could easily understand. In 2023, he enrolled at Seikei Theological Seminary, beginning theological studies in parallel with his consulting career. In 2024, he left the consulting firm where he had been working and founded his own consulting office. Today, he serves as a portfolio worker, wearing three hats—as a seminary student, ministry staff, and management consultant.

Worked at PwC Consulting LLC and Deloitte Tohmatsu Risk Advisory LLC before founding Think Vision Consulting in 2024. Currently studying at Seikei Theological Seminary.
